Sara Haas, a culinary dietitian based out of Chicago, is on the show today! She just announced her first cookbook, in partnership with Elizabeth Shaw (episode 18), a recipe collection for fertility! Sara shares why she selected her internship of choice, gets real about her first job, and explains both why she chose to pursue culinary training and how she got into media and freelance work.
