Rachel Manor is a sports dietitian at University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. Her career path has largely focused on collegiate athletics, but hasn't always focused on Intuitive Eating. She dishes out some real talk about how she's gradually learning to use these principles in this high-level of sport, and in a university setting.
