Meme Inge, dietitian and cookbook author (!!) joins me on the show today. We go through all the nitty gritty details of how her career has evolved. She's a food blogger, and self-published a cookbook of *GASP* southern, traditional, family meals. And it's great. But as a "recovering perfectionist", it was a long road for her to get here. That road involved learning, and then relearning, the concepts of intuitive eating, body respect, and food freedom. It involved taking a step back and thinking about what kind of life she could have, and what kind of cookbook she could publish, if diet culture wasn't at the wheel.
I LOVE talking with Meme, and hope you'll love hearing her story.
