Welcome to Lane 9

Promoting women’s health through education, advocacy, and community.

The Lane 9 Project is a community of active women and humans committed to raising our voices and telling stories about eating disorders, diet culture, body image, and our relationship to sport at all levels. We share stories from those in the community, running in “Lane 9” with us. We have conversations about the culture of sport that breeds disordered eating and reproductive health issues. We don’t shy away from the stuff that’s hard to talk about, and we don’t stop at discomfort. We provide support for those who have, or are still, struggling to find their “balance” between life, sport, and wellbeing.
